ScreenPath Terms of Service
- Effective date: November 1, 2026
- Service: ScreenPath (https://screenpath.dev)
- Payment page: https://pay.screenpath.dev (operated by Flowmate Inc.)
- Operator: Flowmate Inc. (주식회사 플로우메이트)
The Korean version of these Terms is the governing version. This English version is provided for convenience and follows the same article numbers; if there is any inconsistency, the Korean version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of Flowmate Inc. ("we", "us", "Flowmate") and members in connection with ScreenPath, a web application and related services operated by Flowmate (the "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
Service: ScreenPath at https://screenpath.dev and related domains — a tool for designing UI screens, the flows between screens and information architecture (IA), and for exporting the result as documents (Markdown, JSON, etc.), including the MCP connector.
Member ("you"): a person who has agreed to these Terms and signs in to the Service with a Google account.
Project: the screens, elements, flows, menu groups, design rules, notes, screenshots and other data you create or import in the Service.
Content: anything you, or a tool acting on your instruction (such as an AI client you connect), enter, create or upload to the Service.
Collaborator: a member invited by a project owner to view or edit a project.
Free plan and paid plan: the levels of use described in Article 6 and on the pricing page. A paid plan is for one person.
Subscription: a paid plan that renews automatically every month or every year.
Pass: a paid plan paid once in advance for a fixed period (1 or 12 months). Passes do not renew automatically.
Education price: the monthly subscription price for members who have passed education verification under Article 10.
Payment page: the checkout pages at https://pay.screenpath.dev, operated by Flowmate.
Paddle: Paddle.com Market Limited (a company incorporated in the United Kingdom), which resells our international subscriptions.
MCP connector: a feature that lets you connect your own AI client — such as Claude by Anthropic (Claude Desktop, Claude Code) — to the Service using the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so that it can read and write your project data on your instruction.
Paddle subscription: a monthly or yearly auto-renewing paid plan purchased by an international user through the Paddle checkout on the screenpath.dev pricing page.
Article 3 (Posting and changes)
- We display these Terms and our company name, representative, address, phone number, email address, business registration number and mail-order business report number on the Service and the payment page.
- We may change these Terms within the limits of Korean law, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Content Industry Promotion Act.
- We post changes, with their effective date and reasons, at least 7 days before they take effect, or at least 30 days before for changes that are unfavorable to you, which we also send to you by email.
- If you do not agree to a change, you may terminate your agreement by deleting your account. If we clearly told you that not objecting by the effective date counts as agreement and you do not object, you are treated as having agreed. Price increases for subscriptions follow Article 8(4) instead.
Article 4 (Forming the agreement)
- The agreement is formed when you confirm on the sign-up screen that you are at least 14 years old, separately agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, sign in with your Google account, and we accept. We record which versions (effective dates) you agreed to and when, and ask you to agree again when a new version requires it.
- You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service, and old enough to consent to the processing of your personal data on your own under the law of your country of residence (for example, 16 in some EU member states). We do not offer a parental-consent process; if you do not meet both requirements, do not sign up.
- If we learn that an account belongs to someone who does not meet these requirements, we will close the account, delete the personal data without delay, and refund any payment in full.
- We may refuse or later terminate an agreement if the applicant uses someone else's account, has previously been restricted under these Terms, or applies for a purpose that violates the law.
Article 5 (Accounts)
- You sign in with your Google account. We never receive or store your Google password.
- You are responsible for keeping your Google account and devices secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Article 6 (The Service and what each plan includes)
- The Service includes screen wireframing, flow and IA design, design rules and presets, DESIGN.md import, Markdown/JSON export, collaborator invitations and real-time co-editing, version history, and the MCP connector.
- As of the effective date, the plans include:
| Free plan | Paid plan | |
|---|---|---|
| Your own projects | 1 | Unlimited |
| Screens (per project you own) | Up to 20 | Unlimited |
| Map, screen editor, design rules, presets | Yes | Yes |
| Exporting design documents | Yes | Yes |
| Editing and co-editing projects you are invited to | Yes | Yes |
| Inviting collaborators to your projects | No | Yes |
| MCP connector | No | Yes |
| Version history | No | Yes |
- Limits such as the number of screens follow the plan of the project's owner. The MCP connector, however, requires that you yourself have a paid plan.
- There is no free trial.
Article 7 (Prices and payment)
- As of the effective date, paid plans and prices (per person) are:
| Product | Price | Payment | Renewal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly subscription | ₩12,900 per month | Card issued in Korea (Toss Payments recurring billing) | Every month |
| Annual subscription | ₩129,000 per year | Card issued in Korea (Toss Payments recurring billing) | Every year |
| Education monthly subscription | ₩5,500 per month | Card issued in Korea (Toss Payments recurring billing); education verification required (Article 10) | Every month |
| International subscription | US$12 per month or US$119 per year | Paddle checkout (paragraph 3) | Every month or every year |
| International pass | US$12 for 1 month or US$119 for 12 months | Card issued outside Korea or PayPal (Toss Payments international payments) | Does not renew |
All Korean and international subscription and pass prices are tax included. The advertised US$12 and US$119 include VAT, sales tax and similar taxes; Paddle calculates tax within those amounts.
International payments are made by the method shown on the payment page. When we offer Paddle checkout, Paddle sells international subscriptions as our reseller and Merchant of Record, and:
- Paddle is the seller in the purchase transaction and handles payment processing, tax calculation and remittance, invoices and receipts, payment inquiries and refunds;
- Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) also apply to the payment;
- these Terms govern the provision and use of the Service, and withdrawals and refunds follow our Refund Policy, unless Paddle's Buyer Terms are more favorable to you;
- until we offer Paddle checkout, international payments are available only as international passes; international pass sales end when international payments move to Paddle subscriptions. Previously purchased passes keep their paid period and refund rights.
Flowmate is the seller of monthly, annual and education subscriptions and of international passes. These are paid on our payment page at https://pay.screenpath.dev and processed by our payment service provider, Toss Payments Co., Ltd. (주식회사 토스페이먼츠).
Paid plans are sold only as the fixed-price products in this Article and on the pricing page; you cannot enter an arbitrary amount. Before you pay, the checkout shows the product, amount, currency, period, whether it renews, and how to cancel.
Card details are handled by Toss Payments (by PayPal if you pay with PayPal, and by Paddle for international subscriptions). We never receive or store full card numbers or your PayPal login details.
Products by checkout route:
- Cards issued in Korea — Subscription: charged monthly or yearly by Toss Payments recurring billing (Article 8). The education price applies to verified members on a monthly plan.
- Cards issued outside Korea or PayPal — Pass: a single one-time payment for a 1-month or 12-month pass. No automatic renewal and no further charges (Article 9).
- International users — Paddle subscription: renews automatically at US$12 per month or US$119 per year (per user) through the Paddle checkout on the screenpath.dev pricing page. Paddle.com Market Limited (UK) acts as the seller (Merchant of Record/reseller); the payment, taxes and receipts are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Paddle subscription prices include tax (Tax included) and Paddle subscriptions have no free trial. If Paddle subscriptions become available, sales of Toss international passes may be discontinued.
Korean card checkout is being prepared. Domestic products will be available as shown at checkout after the payment connection is ready.
Article 8 (Subscription renewal and cancellation)
Unless you cancel, a subscription renews on its renewal date on the same terms and the next period (one month for monthly, one year for annual) is charged to your payment method. At your first payment we clearly show that the plan renews, the renewal cycle and amount, and how to cancel, and we ask for your agreement.
For annual subscriptions (including international annual subscriptions), we provide in-app and email reminders 30 days and 7 days before each renewal, with the renewal date, amount and how to cancel.
You can cancel online at any time from the subscription settings (international subscriptions can also be cancelled from Paddle's subscription management page); cancelling is never harder than signing up. You can choose:
- Standard cancellation: no further charges; you keep paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Immediate cancellation: paid features end at once and the unused part of the period is refunded under the Refund Policy.
If we increase the price or change subscription terms to your disadvantage, we will email you at least 30 days before the change, explaining the change, its date and how to decline, and we will ask for your consent. If you do not consent by that date, we will not charge the new price, and your subscription will end at the end of the period you have already paid for.
If a renewal payment fails, we will email you and may retry for up to 7 days from the failure. You keep paid features during that time. If payment still fails, your account moves to the free plan with no further charge. A retry never charges more than the normal renewal amount. Retries for international subscriptions follow Paddle's process but never go beyond these limits.
Withdrawals and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Paddle subscriptions renew automatically every month or year and the next period's fee is charged to your payment method unless you cancel. You can cancel your Paddle subscription online at any time from the payment management screen (the Paddle customer portal). Paddle subscriptions have no free trial.
Standard cancellation of a Paddle subscription takes effect on the next billing date (the end of the current billing period); you keep paid features until then.
If a Paddle subscription renewal payment fails, Paddle will email you and may retry for up to 7 days from the failure. You keep paid features during that time. If payment still fails, your account moves to the free plan with no further charge.
Article 9 (Passes)
- A pass gives you the paid plan from the day you pay until the end of the period you bought (1 month or 12 months).
- Passes do not renew. When a pass ends, your account moves to the free plan with no further charge. We may email you before it ends; you can buy a new pass or a subscription yourself if you wish.
- You may end a pass early at any time; withdrawals and refunds of the unused period follow the Refund Policy.
Article 10 (Education price and verification)
- The education price applies to a monthly subscription paid with a card issued in Korea by a member who is a student or staff member of a formal school only (primary, secondary or university; private academies and tutoring centres are excluded), and who has passed our education verification.
- Verification works in one of two ways:
- Automatic school-account verification: if you sign in with a Google account issued by your school and its domain is on our list of educational domains, you are verified automatically.
- Verification by documents: otherwise, you submit the institution's name and a document showing your affiliation (such as a certificate of enrollment or employment at a formal school), and we approve it after review. Please mask information not needed for verification, such as the back half of a resident registration number.
- Verification is valid for one year from approval and must be renewed every year. We email you before it expires to explain how to renew.
- If verification expires and is not renewed, the education subscription ends at the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. We never start charging the standard price without your consent; you may choose a standard subscription if you wish.
- If we find that verification was obtained with false documents, we may cancel the verification and the education subscription; the unused part is then refunded under the Refund Policy.
- Documents and verification data are handled and deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Article 11 (Moving to the free plan)
- When a paid plan ends, we do not delete your projects.
- On the free plan, only the project you opened most recently stays editable; your other projects, and any project with more than 20 screens, become read-only (export still works), and collaborators you invited become viewers.
- Everything is unlocked immediately if you start a paid plan again.
Article 12 (Your content)
- You own your content. We claim no ownership of it.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, back up, display and transmit your content only as needed to provide, maintain and improve the Service — for example, to show it to collaborators you invite, to produce exports you request, and to deliver it to an MCP client you connect. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is required by law.
- We do not use your content for advertising, do not use it to train AI models, and do not sell it.
- You confirm that you have the right to upload your content (including screenshots, logos and images) and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
- The Service itself (software, design presets, interface and trademarks) belongs to Flowmate. You may freely use the designs you create with our presets.
Article 13 (Collaborators and sharing)
- Project owners on a paid plan can invite others by email, assign roles (e.g. editor, viewer), and create view-only share links.
- People with access to a project can see its content and the name, profile picture, email address and editing presence (e.g. cursor) of others working on it.
- Project owners are responsible for whom they invite and must have the right to give us invitees' email addresses.
Article 14 (MCP connector and third-party AI services)
- Members on a paid plan may connect their own AI client, such as Claude by Anthropic, through the MCP connector. Connection requires signing in with your Google account (OAuth); on the connection consent screen we show what the client will be able to access and ask for your consent. The client can read and write project data, and what you currently have selected in the editor, only within your own project permissions and on your instruction.
- Data sent to your AI client is sent at your direction and is subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy (e.g. Anthropic). ScreenPath itself does not send your project data to AI providers.
- Screenshots or other files your AI client attaches are treated as content you uploaded.
- Changes made by your AI client are treated as changes you instructed. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated results; changes can be reverted with version history.
- For security and incident response, we keep MCP connector usage logs for the period stated in the Privacy Policy.
- You can disconnect the MCP connector at any time in settings.
Article 15 (Acceptable use)
You must not:
- use someone else's account or provide false information;
- upload content that infringes others' rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.);
- disrupt the Service (excessive automated requests, exploiting vulnerabilities, unauthorized access, reverse engineering);
- circumvent plan limits or payment, share a single-person paid plan among several people, or obtain education verification with false documents;
- upload or transmit malware or unlawful content;
- resell the Service, or provide the Service itself to third parties for profit, without our consent.
Article 16 (Changes to and suspension of the Service)
- We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, outages or events beyond our control, with prior notice where possible and otherwise afterwards.
- If we discontinue the Service, we will give at least 30 days' notice, allow you to export your projects, and refund the unused part of any subscription or pass under the Refund Policy.
Article 17 (Restriction and termination)
- You may delete your account at any time in settings. If you have a paid plan, deleting your account is treated as immediate cancellation and the unused part is refunded under the Refund Policy.
- We may warn, suspend or terminate accounts that violate Article 15; except for serious violations, we will notify you first and give you a chance to respond. If we terminate your account, the unused part of your paid plan is still refunded under the Refund Policy.
- On account deletion or termination, your personal data and content are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Please export any projects you need beforehand.
Article 18 (Limitation of liability)
- We are not liable for losses caused without our intent or negligence, including force majeure, your own fault, or outages of third-party services you use (such as Google or Anthropic).
- We do not guarantee the correctness or fitness of code or other outputs that you or your AI client produce from documents exported from the Service.
- We back up data, but we recommend exporting important projects regularly.
- This Article does not apply to losses caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
Article 19 (Damages)
If either we or you breach these Terms and cause loss to the other, the party in breach compensates that loss, unless it was caused without intent or negligence.
Article 20 (Notices)
We send notices to the email address of your Google account or post them in the Service. Notices to all members may be given by posting in the Service for at least 7 days. Unfavorable changes to these Terms, price increases and annual renewal reminders are always sent to you by email.
Article 21 (Disputes and governing law)
- We handle complaints and feedback received by email or phone promptly.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
- Courts with jurisdiction are determined under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. We do not impose an exclusive forum on you, and nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in the courts of your country of residence where its law allows.
- You may also apply for mediation to the Korea Consumer Agency, the E-Commerce Mediation Committee or the Content Dispute Resolution Committee.
Supplementary provision
These Terms take effect on November 1, 2026.
